REGLEMENTE NORWEGIAN WATERCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP 2018
1 GENERELLT
1.1 Norwegian Watercross Championship
Norwegian Watercross Champinship är ett öppet mästerskap.
Arrangörer ansöker om tävlingslicens hos SMA Svenska Motorsport Alliansen
För deltagande i Norwegian Watercross Championship krävs förarlicens utfärdad av
SMA Svenska Motorsport Alliansen.
Startnummer ansöker man om på www.raceinfo.se
Anmälan skall ske på www.raceinfo.se Detta för att vi använder resultatservice med live sändning från www.raceinfo.se
Anmälningsavgiften betalas på tävlingsdagen vid anmälan på plats med uppvisande av gällande licens eller lösen av engångslicens.

2.TÄVLINGS GENOMFÖRANDE
Bana innehåller både höger och vänsterkurvor. Banlängd max 1000 m.
Bana läggs så det inte är djupare än 5 m.
Bana markeras med färgade bojar.
Vit boj är alltid aternativspår.
Ett eller två alternativspår kan finnas.
Alternativ spåret måste tas minst en gång per heat. I annat fall erhåller man noll poäng i heatet.
Dragracing:
3 startande / heat.
3 kval omgångar
Topp 10 till finaler. C-, B- och A-final. Runner up från C och B final.
Vid lika poäng. Bästa resultat. Bästa resultat i sista omgång. Går det inte skilja körs vi max 6 st förare i C- finalen.
Watercross:
4 startande / heat.
3 kval omgångar.
Topp 10 till finaler. C-, B- och A-final. Runner up från C och B final.
Vid lika poäng. Bästa resultat. Bästa resultat i sista omgång. Går det inte skilja körs vi max 6 st förare i C- finalen.
Dragracing:
600 Drag: fri trimning, fritt bränsle OBS ej bly
800 Drag: Stock
Open Drag: fri trimning och fritt bränsle samt bränsletillsats. Överladdning och tillskottsbränsle är tillåtet.
Fritt bränsle, skall dock vara blyfritt.
Maskindepå område skall finnas tillgänglig där varje förare har rätt till 3x3 meters yta.
Depån bör vara öppen för publik under paus.
Varje förare får entréband till 2 stycken mekaniker som gäller för fri passage till maskindepå.
Startområdets bredd skall vara minst 2 meter / antalet startande.
Detta skall vara VÄL avspärrat för publik. Upline skall vara i direkt anslutning till startområdet.
Skylt med heatnr skall finnas vid upline väl synlig från maskindepå.
Vid bärgning av maskinen SKA arrangören se till att maskinen lyfts rakt upp till vattenytan om det är djupare än 2 meter. Med bärgningsflotte.
På grunt vatten används ATV för att dra maskinen upp ur vattnet och in i maskindepån.
Vid bärgning har man 15 minuter på sig att starta upp från det att skotern bärgats till maskindepån.
Besiktning av maskinen skall alltid genomföras innan tävling.
Förbjudet med avsiktlig kontakt (påkörning och liknande) mellan skotrarna.
Bestraffning: Uteslutning ur heat. 0 poäng.
Förbjudet med gester eller uttalanden som kan anses vara olämpligt/osportsligt uppträdande.
Det är även förbjudet att jaga och hota tävlingsledaren eller annan funktionär.
Bestraffning: Uteslutning ur tävling.
3. PERSONLIG UTRUSTNING
§3.1 FLYTVÄST
Flytväst skall vara godkänd för förarens vikt.
§3.2 SKOR
Skall vara av motorcross eller snowboard typ.
§3.3 HJÄLM
Skall vara CE godkänd och med hakskydd och ha minst 50% fluorescerande yta.
Foliering är tillåtet.
§3.4 GOOGLES
Skyddsglasögon skall användas under tävling.
§3.5 RYGGSKYDD
CE märkt ryggskydd skall användas under eller över flytväst.
§3.6 KNIV
Skall bäras under tävling. Kniven skall vara av repskärande typ. VÄL fastsatt i föraren.
5 START
Lampa eller flaggstart skall användas.
Vid flaggstart gäller:
När det är klart för start skall starten göra klartecken, så att förarna ser att det är klart för start.
Under hela startproceduren skall startern hålla start flaggan efter benet, mot marken.
Startern skall peka på samtliga startande och få klartecken.
Sedan sänker starten handen mot benet och rycker flaggan uppåt inom 5 sekunder
”Rycker” eller tjuvstartar någon förare. Anses starten ha gått och startern skall omedelbart lyfta flaggan.
Vid tjuvstart skall föraren som tjuvstartat lägga sig sist i heatet varpå han sedan får köra som vanligt efter det. Arrangör skall senast vid varvning. Visa en skylt med startnr på den som tjuvstartat. Eller på annat sätt klart visa att föraren dömts för tjuvstartart.
6 MASKIN KLASSER
Fritt bränsle. SKALL vara blyfritt.
Fri utformning av framvagn.
Fri utformning av boggie.
Ej tillåtet med extra flytkraft eller ersättning av dyna som hjälper maskinen att flyta.
Det skall finnas en självutlösare av repet/bojen om snöskotern sjunker. Repet skall klara minst 800kg. Längd på repet skall vara 5 meter. SKALL FÄSTAS I FRAMVAGN.

Skoter med boj som inte kommer upp till ytan kommer att sökas av dykare EFTER AVSLUTAD TÄVLING.

Om maskin hålls uppe utan pallbock med roterande matta.
Skall föraren omedelbart uteslutas ur tävlingen.
En hand på bromsen skall alltid finnas. Nödstoppen skall vara kopplad.
En fungerande nödstopp skall vara monterad på samtliga maskiner. Lina till nödstoppen skall fästas på ett betryggande sätt i föraren då maskinen är igång.
7 MILJÖARBETE
REGULATIONS EUROPEAN WATER CROSS CHAMPIONSHIP IN ENGLISCH
1 GENERALLY
Norwegian WaterCross Champinship is an open championship.
Norwegian WaterCross Championship is organized by Svenska Motorsport Alliancen.
For participation in the Norwegian WaterCross Championship requires driver license issued by SMA Swedish Motorsport Alliance.

The registration fee is paid on the day of the competition when on-site notification with the presents of your SMA (NOT SML) license or the disposition of a one-time license.

2.RACE IMPLEMENTATION
The race track include both left and right curves. Course length up to 1000 m
The race track should be placed so it is not deeper than 10 m
The track is marked with colored buoys. White buoy is always the alternative/joker lap.
There can be one or two alternative/joker lap. Alternative/joker lap. is located on the outside of the ordinary track alignment.
alternative/joker lap must be taken at least once per heat. Otherwise,you obtains zero points in the heat.
Dragrace:
3 drivers in every heat.
3 qualifying rounds
top 10 in the finals. C, B and A-final. Runner-up from C and B final.
If equal score: Best results or Best result in the last round. If it still not is possible to distinguish the score. There will be max 6 drivers in c-final.
Watercross:
Free practice/training on the course will be conducted 18.00 Saturday.
4 drivers/heat
3 qualifying rounds
top 10 in the finals. C, B and A-final. Runner-up from C and B final.
If equal score: Best results or Best result in the last round. If it still not is possible to distinguish the score. There will be max 6 drivers in c-final.
Dragracing:
600 Drag: Max 600 cc. Open mod class, whit free fuel. UNLEADED.
800 Drag: Max 800 cc. Stock. adjust/rebuild suspension for watercross in allowed
Unlimeted Drag: FREE CLASS. Overcharging and additional fuel is allowed
WaterCross:
Norwegian Watercross Championship is conducted only in. Open Mod.
Rookie: is a newbeginner class.
Free fuel, shall be unleaded.
Pit area must be available where each driver has the right to the 3x3 meter.
The pit is open to the audience during breaks between the rounds.
Each driver gets two Pass for the Crew to make sure they have free passage to the starting area.
Starting area shall have a bed of sand. Start area's width should be at least 2 meters / number of starters.
This area should be WELL cordoned off to the public. Upline will be right next to the start area.
Sign with heatnr must be at upline easily visible from the Pit.
The salvage of the machine WILL organizer ensure that the machine is lifted straight up to the surface if there are deeper than 2 meters. With salvage raft.
In shallow water a ATW is used to bring the sled up and in to the pitarea.
Salvage will be made between the heats.
The salvaged driver has 15 minutes to start up the sled from the time they get to pitarea.
IF the salvage buoj does not come up to surface. The sled will be located by divers and salvaged after the race
Inspection of the snowmobiles must always be completed before the contest.
Prohibits intentional contact (collisions and the like) between the snowmobiles.
Punishment: Exclusion from the heat. 0 points.
Prohibited with gestures or statements which may be considered inappropriate / unsportsmanlike behavior.
Punishment: Exclusion from the competition and report to the Federation of Swedish-Racing for any other punishment as monetary fines, revocation of license, grounded.
3 PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
Life jackets must be approved for the driver's weight.
Must be of motorcross or snowboard type.
Should be CE approved and with chin guard and have at least 50% fluorescent surface.
Foiling is allowed.
Protective goggles should be worn during competition.
CE certified back protector must be used under or over the life jacket.
Must be worn during competition. The knife must be grounded in the knife holder and safely strapped to the leg.
Fire extinguishers shall be provided both in the center of the pit, and at the start.
The organizer must have a diver in a boat, ready to dive out on the water during the race. IF the water depth exceeds 2 m
5 START AND RESULTS
Lamp or flag start to be used.
At flag start regards:
When it is ready for start, the starter make the go-ahead sign, so that drivers can see that it is ready to start.
During the startup process the starter hold down the flag after/against the leg.
The starter will point on all drivers with the hand and get clearance.
After getting clearence from all drivers the starter lower the hand all the way to down to the legs. Before he pull the starting flag whitin 5 seconds.
"Snatches" or jumping the gun a driver has passed the start and the starter will immediately raise the flag.
When false start, the driver who jumped the gun has to slow down and get in the last place in the race, which he then may run as usual after that. The starter or the headpost will hold up a sign with the starting number that made the false start.
6 MACHINE
Free fuel. MUST be Unleaded.
Optional standard tracks may be used. Only down cutting the profile is allowed as modify.
Efficient brakes shall be provided.
Drivebelt cover has to be available and satisfactorily and properly affixed. Original cover counted as satisfactory.
Modification is permitted. HOWEVER, no fins or other material that can help with the bracket allowed.
Lifting handles in the front and rear must be mounted.
Free design of front suspension.
Free design of rear suspension.
Not allowed extra buoyancy or replacement of cushion that helps the machine to float.
(it may cause accidents if it will stay on surface)
Sharp edges and major holes has to be protected or covered to avoid damage to the driver.
Hole in the driving direction that is so big that you can put part of a hand into. Has to be covered with material that has the same strength as the material around the hole.
The skis should be whitout runners if jump is used. Carbide runners is not allowed. The skis edges shall be rounded so you can´t cut or damage life jacket straps and clothing.
A marker buoj with rope WITHOUT knots have to be attached to the snowmobile.
There shall be a self-timer of the rope/buoj if the snowmobile go down. The rope shall have a strength of at least 800kg. Length of rope shall be at least 5 meter.
OBSERV!!
If the buoj does not come up to the surface. A diver will seek for the sled. AFTER THE RACE.
Water(snow)Flaps should be used on the sled. When the driver sits on the sled, the protection guard is max 10cm from the ground. The flaps should have belts fitted, to prevent the flaps to stand straight out.
A stand must always be used during warm-up whit rotating track of the snowmobile. The stand has to have covered back at least 50cm high.

If the machine is held up without a stand with rotating track. The driver WILL immediately be disqualified from the race.
One hand on the brake and the emergency stop shall be connected to the operator.
A functioning emergency stop shall be installed on all machines. The rope for emergency stop shall be attached in a secure manner in the driver when the snowmobile is running.
7 ENVIRONMENTAL
Each machine must have sealed fuel tank with attached check valve (one way valve) on venting. So that the fuel does not leak out in the water.
Environment carpet should always be used under the sled in the Pit. At least 80cm * 120cm.
Collecting vessels of at least 400 Litres should always be for ex. oil, gasoline in the Pit.
